Previous credits may give them an advanced standing in our 500 Hour Professional Massage Therapy and BodyWork Training Program. 1. Approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) or by the higher education commission or comparable authority of the state or country in which the applicant's school is located. 2. Accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA) or approved or accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education.
