The Massage Institute of Maryland offers courses relating to Massage Therapy and Bodywork, leading to the Professional Certification as a Massage Therapist. Each of our courses adheres to the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork's (NCBTMB) philosophy and definition of continuing education. We also offer an wide variety of other Continuing Education Classes taught by qualified local and national instructors. Our Accreditations & Certifications: NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork); MHEC (Maryland Higher Education Commission); ABHES (Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools); Continuing Education Provider. Member in Good Standing: The American Massage Therapy Association Council of Schools; and The Associated Massage & Bodywork Professionals.
